One-Pan Caprese Chicken

asparagus, trimmed (1/2 lb)

olive oil, to taste

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

garlic, minced (1 clove)

chicken breast (1)

fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

tomato, sliced (1)

fresh basil (3 leaves)

parchment paper

Preheat oven to 400°F

Place asparagus into mixing bowl and thoroughly coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic

Tear off a sheet of parchment paper, large enough to fold into a packet

Place chicken breast on top and season with salt and pepper. Place mozzarella, tomato, and basil on top

Fold the edges of the parchment paper width-wise 2-3 times then twist the ends until fully closed

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F
My Review:
I have never cooked chicken caprese before but I have ordered it from restaurants a bunch of times. Learning this recipe was really helpful and it was not hard to make. This is also a pretty healthy and delicious recipe that I would highly recommend and will definitely make again. My entire family was satisfied with the meal and I'm sure yours will too!
